90-Day Return Policy
You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- The product must include all original parts, accessories, hardware, and documentation, if applicable.
- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Returns will not be accepted for products showing signs of:
- Use
- Wear
- Improper handling
- Improper installation
- Misuse
- Modification
- Missing parts not caused by our error
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Products returned in used or damaged condition
- Products with missing components not caused by our error
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending your product.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your reason for the return
- Photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product is defective.
- You received an incorrect item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned products.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
We will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We replace products only if they arrive defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
